Platinum Wine Club Members 

Receive a shipment of 12 bottles of wine two times a year: February and December.

Gold Wine Club Members 

Receive a shipment of 6 bottles of wine three times a year: February, June, and December.

Silver Wine Club Members 

Receive a shipment of 6 bottles of wine two times a year: February and December.

Bronze Wine Club Members 

Receive a shipment of 3 bottles of wine two times a year: February and December.
